JWI Academic Conference: Rethinking the Foundation of the Administrative State
In partnership with the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at the Scalia Law School, JWI hosted a private, one day seminar-styled conference titled, "Rethinking the Foundation of the Administrative State." The centerpiece of the conference was the work of the Hon. Ronald Cass. Funding for the conference was made possible by a generous grant from the Charles Koch Foundation.
