JWI Academic Conference: The Moral Ground of Rights of Property

On Friday, May 10, the James Wilson Institute held a one-day academic conference on natural law and a free economy--specifically, the moral ground of rights of property. Prof. Robert Miller (University of Iowa Law School) and Prof. Eric Claeys (Scalia School of Law at George Mason University) led the conference with Prof. Arkes framing the discussions. Funding for the conference was made possible by the generosity of the Charles Koch Foundation. Special thanks to the Scalia Law School's Law and Liberty Center for co-sponsoring the program and the Mercatus Center of GMU for hosting the conference.
