David is a recent graduate of the George Washington University Law School, where he was the President of the Federalist Society and Symposium Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. He is also the co-author of an upcoming article to be published in the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. He has been engaged by Justice James Johnson of the Washington Supreme Court to clerk beginning in August, and looks forward to pursuing a career in civil litigation in the Pacific Northwest. He is interested in all aspects of constitutional law; as a Blackstone Fellow and Mentor, he is particularly drawn to religious liberty, free speech, and life issues.
