Cameron Grinnell

Cameron Grinnell will clerk for Judge Terry A. Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana beginning this summer, before clerking for Judge Cory T. Wilson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit thereafter. He graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2026, where he served as the Executive Online Editor for Volume 101 of the Notre Dame Law Review, as a research assistant for Professor Nicole Stelle Garnett, and as a student fellow in the Law School's Education Law Project and the Lindsay and Matt Moroun Religious Liberty Clinic. He was an associate at Jones Day in New York City in the summer of 2025 and at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research in his final year of law school. Previously, he graduated first in class from Gordon College with degrees in political science, biblical studies, and economics. Cameron also attended the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, receiving a master's degree in analytic and exegetical theology.
