Ethan Sullivan
Ethan Sullivan is a 2026 J.D. candidate at the SMU Dedman School of Law. He serves as President of the SMU Federalist Society and Editor-in-Chief of the SMU Law Review Forum. Ethan has interned for Judge Brantley Starr (NDTX), Judge Sean D. Jordan (EDTX), the Texas Solicitor General, and the Montana Solicitor General. He is also a Blackstone Fellow. Prior to law school, Ethan served as a Gary L. McDowell Fellow at the Landmark Legal Foundation. Following graduation, he will clerk for Judge Edith H. Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Sean D. Jordan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Ethan earned his B.A. in History with distinction from the University of Virginia.
