Jared Huber is a law clerk for Judge Kyle Duncan on the Fifth Circuit alongside his wife. Last year, Jared clerked for Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk on the Northern District of Texas. Jared graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2024. At Notre Dame, he was Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, President of the Federalist Society, Vice President of the Christian Legal Society, a fellow with the Notre Dame Religious Liberty Clinic, and a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law. He is a Blackstone Fellow. Jared graduated in 2021 from Purdue University with highest distinction. After clerking, Jared will begin as an associate in Jones Day's Washington office. He and his wife, Mary, met in law school at Notre Dame. They are blessed with a one-year-old son. In Jared's free time, he enjoys reading and adding to the list of twenty-seven National Parks he's visited.
