Maxwell Stainton
Maxwell Stainton is a law clerk for Justice Deters on the Ohio Supreme Court. He will also clerk for Judge Clement on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Maxwell holds a J.D. and an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Wake Forest University. During law school, he was a law clerk for Senator Tillis on the Judiciary Committee and a summer associate at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C.
