Monica Maiman
Monica Maiman serves as a law clerk to the Honorable Joshua M. Divine of the United States Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. She will clerk for Judge Raymond W. Gruender on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit for the 2026-27 term. Monica earned her J.D. at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. She served as Director of External Publications on the Washington University Jurisprudence Review and participated in the Prosecution and Appellate clinics. She earned her B.A. in Communication: Rhetoric and Public Advocacy from Baruch College and is a New York City native.
