Nathan Rhodes

Nathan Rhodes is a law clerk to the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He previously practiced as a civil litigator in Dayton, Ohio, and is the former Vice President of the Federalist Society’s Dayton Lawyers Chapter. He also previously served as a law clerk for Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s Policy and Legislation Section and Senator Rob Portman’s Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee staff. Nathan graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, President of the Federalist Society, and Treasurer of the St. Thomas More Society. While in law school, Nathan served as a research assistant to Professor Ric Simmons. Nathan received a B.M. in Music Performance and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Nathan resides in Medina, Ohio, with his wife, Rachel, and their baby.
