Olivia is an incoming law clerk to Judge Julius Richardson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Following her Fourth Circuit clerkship, she will clerk for Judge Benjamin Beaton of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Olivia previously worked as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell. Olivia graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2025, where she was a Murphy Fellow with the Program for Church, State, and Society. While at Notre Dame, Olivia served as the Managing Symposium Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, as the Social Chair for the Federalist Society, and as a teaching assistant for Professor Nicole Garnett. She was also a Student Fellow with the law school's Religious Liberty Initiative and an active member of the St. Thomas More Society. Olivia received her bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in the Program of Liberal Studies (Great Books) and Economics, graduating cum laude.
