Pierce Sandlin is a rising 3L at Harvard Law School. He previously served as Vice President of Membership for the Harvard Federalist Society and as a Deputy Managing Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He will clerk in 2027 for Judge Jordan E. Pratt of the Middle District of Florida and then again in 2028 for Judge Andrew L. Brasher of the Eleventh Circuit. He spent his 1L summer working at Clement & Murphy and is currently splitting his 2L summer between the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Washington, D.C., offices of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 2024 with degrees in Politics & International Affairs and History. He currently resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with his beautiful wife, Josie, and their soon-to-be-born son.
