Tim Longfield
Tim Longfield is an attorney with Landmark Law PLLC, where he works with former Montana Solicitor General Dale Schowengerdt, primarily on complex civil appeals and constitutional cases. A Blackstone Fellow, he clerked for Judge David Furman on the Colorado Court of Appeals after law school. He will clerk for Judge Lawrence VanDyke on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals beginning in January 2026. He is interested in religious liberty, parental rights, and broader First Amendment issues.
